Before You Request a Refund

When Refunds Are Considered
We understand some issues can't be resolved. Below are situations where refunds may be granted.
Product Not as Described
If the product doesn't work as intended or differs significantly from its description, we'll fix it through updates. If unfixable, you're eligible for a refund.
Security Vulnerabilities
Unfixable security vulnerabilities qualify for refunds. Fixable issues will be addressed promptly through updates.
Items Not Downloaded
If you haven't downloaded your purchase within 24 hours, you may qualify for a refund (longer in some regions). We'll need your purchase code to verify.
Support Not Delivered
If advertised support wasn't provided despite a valid entitlement, you'll receive a refund.
Dispute Resolution
Can't reach an agreement? You can raise a dispute with FLUX for investigation. Provide documentation and understand refunds are discretionary. Our decision is final.
No Refunds For
Changed your mind, bought by mistake, lack expertise to use it, goodwill requests, item works but you're dissatisfied, download issues from device changes, or lost Email access.
